Parent, athletes and coaches must read and understand the MN Attack Season Handbook. By signing this agreement, you are acknowledging that as a parent, as a player, or as coach, that you understand the expectations and consequences of the MN Attack Volleyball Club. Athletes will not be allowed to play in a tournament until this agreement is signed by both parent and athlete.
